Welcome to machikonoishi.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Site The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate toy requests and donations to Machiko no Ishi, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Content is owned by Machiko no Ishi and protected by copyright. Public facing documents use the names “Machiko no Ishi” and “Machiko’s Legacy” interchangeably. The formal corporate name is “Machiko no Ishi”

2. Donations Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. They are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law (FEIN 41-3094039). We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure transactions.

3. Toy Requests Requests are fulfilled at our discretion based on availability and mission alignment. We reserve the right to verify hospice provider information.

4. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.

5. Disclaimer The Site is provided “as is” without warranties. Machiko no Ishi is not liable for any damages arising from Site use.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Machiko no Ishi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms and will post changes on the Site.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by California law.
